The first half of August refreshed Astral’s main product surfaces, expanded public identity and discovery, and introduced prediction-market research and simulation workflows.

Explore and public profiles

Rebuilt the Explore home and discovery presentation for public strategies and indicators.
Added public profile creation and editing with handles, display names, bios, follower counts, and publication counts.
Added follow and unfollow behavior plus a Following feed for eligible public activity.
Refined strategy and indicator cards, public detail pages, mobile detail sheets, and signed-in save/copy actions.
Improved the boundary between public publications, Explore-saved items, and private strategy records.

Following affects discovery only. It does not copy, deploy, or subscribe an account to another user’s strategy signals.

Dashboard and mobile interaction

Unified portfolio positions and allocation presentation and redesigned widget interiors.
Refined Stats, Notifications, Watchlist, Strategies, Broker Connections, Charts, and News widgets.
Added clearer account-source selection and mobile Dashboard scaling.
Overhauled mobile Dashboard management and shared app interaction chrome.
Added swipe-oriented mobile row interactions where appropriate and refined bottom navigation and drawers.

Strategy and backtest workflows

Refined strategy rule presentation, detail workflows, performance UI, and mobile chart actions.
Added support for multiple charts within a panel and tightened active-chart targeting.
Improved mobile backtest and strategy-detail flows.
Continued fixes to Stats and canonical performance presentation.

Prediction-market research

Added supported Polymarket instrument charting and historical backtesting.
Added friendly market labels alongside internal prediction-instrument identifiers.
Added prediction-specific simulation disclosures and paper workflow checks.
Added jurisdiction-aware Polymarket connection presentation as product groundwork.

Prediction-market deployment is currently Astral Paper only. Live Astral order signing and connected prediction-market execution are not enabled. Paper simulation uses current top-of-book inputs without full market-depth or impact modeling.

Symbols, models, and data foundations

Added runtime loading for the stock symbol catalog.
Added provider-scoped futures catalog groundwork so symbols can be limited by actual data access.
Updated model-selection presentation and account-aware availability messaging.
Refined the dataset information modal and A2UI-generated data components.

Catalog or model visibility can depend on account access and rollout. Visible groundwork should not be read as universal asset or execution support.

Authentication, safety, and interface consistency

Added Apple sign-in alongside existing supported account entry points.
Expanded onboarding and unified form, dropdown, search, button, modal, and toast behavior.
Added persistent risk-safety alert support behind the applicable product configuration.
Refreshed the light theme, Terminal seams, agent-thinking presentation, and upgrade surfaces.

Documentation and public product experience

Reorganized documentation around getting started, product, integrations, account, and reference topics.
Added guides for Quickstart, Backtesting, Research & Data, MCP, prediction markets, plans, profiles, creators, and strategy concepts.
Added responsive tables, steps, tabs, accordions, structured fields, copyable prompts, and previous/next navigation.
Refreshed public resource pages, announcements, Help, product previews, and mobile marketing presentation.

What users should know

Public metrics and community activity require independent review. Copying creates your own editable record rather than a synchronized subscription. For any live broker workflow, verify the selected account and final state directly with the broker.
